-Mozy to soccer field, find a partner
2 times down and back: Wheelbarrow crawl, switch, zombie walk, spring

2x The Beast: 6 exercises, 6 reps, 6 stops, 4 lines
-Spring to each line. Focus on form.
-Exercises: merkins, squats, V-ups, Carolina dry docks, lunges, Rosalitas
-Hold elbow plank till all in
