CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
Find out what is important to those close to you (above physiological; food/water/breathing). They might not know, but try and figure it out. To my 7 year old son, he absolutely loves riding our 4-wheeler (thanks La-Z-Boy!). Just pure joy. It was out of commission for a couple months and I just recently realized that it was literally his favorite thing to do in the world right now. I took it to a friend’s house to help diagnose the issue (ignition coil), fixed it, and he’s ridden it almost non-stop the last several days. If it’s important to your wife that the family eat dinner together (most) every night, then by all means, make it a priority to eat dinner with the family.
The point is, find out what’s important to those who are important to you, then respect and prioritize it.
MOLESKIN:
This workout was from 2020 IronPAX Week 1. It was a doozy then and it was a doozy now. This was my first “music” Q and nobody made too much fun of my high-tempo-hip-hop-dance-rave playlist.
Boudreaux said he was going to put together a basketball goal for his son today because it’s been sitting in the box for a week and his son has been begging him to put it together for him.
