Quarantine Day 5/14

THE SCENE:

WARM-O-RAMA:

Big and Small Arm Circles – forward and reverse x10s

THA-THANG:
Like Groundhog Day, this safer at home gets repetitive. We did a Bill Murray.

Mosey from startx to the gym (but not to use) where PAX did a hill sprint to the field, properly distanced.

Once all together, 10  Burpees, 10 Merkins, 10 Squats, 10 BBSUs. Hold plank or Al Gore while waiting for PAX to complete rounds.

MOsey back around past startx to gym to do it all over again.

We did this 5 times. 1st time was a breeze. 2nd time started to feel it. 3rd time I thought we were going to lose a FNG and maybe a QIC.    4th time, oh boy, started changing up the post exercise mosey route because even Bill Murray had some variety. 5th time, we made it. Some good encouragement from PAX. Then we moseyed to a far disc golf hole, did one rep of each exercise, and moseyed back to startx for Mary.
