MOLESKIN:

Simple beatdown.  Full-body smokefest. Cardio, crawling, shoulder and chest work. Legs were toast.  PAX hung tough.  Impressed with PAX co-completing the Pre-BC 5K then rolling straight into this. Thinking the Berm Q by YHC on 3/30 for Crucible might have just shown his hand.  HC and find out.
