THA-THANG:
AMRAP, OYO: Each round builds on the round before it. Do 1 BBB, then mosey down and back. Then do 1 BBB + 2 American Thors, and mosey. 1 BBB, 2 American Thor, 3 crowd pleasers, and mosey.  Etc. If you make it all the way though round with all 12 exercises,  starting going back down, removing last exercise each round.
