Have a plan. Today, my half-asleep self took the wrong vehicle to workout. My other vehicle had all the things I planned to use for the workout. This didn’t even cross my mind until I was pulling into the AO.

When your primary plan fails, what is your alternate plan that you already have prepared? When that fails, what is your contingency and emergency plan? As you tackle today, what is your plan? Be intention, have a back up plan because you know things won’t always go your way.
