THA-THANG:
Run on track to arboretum. 20 Merkins oyo.
Run on track to 2nd bench. 25 dips.
Run on track to Berm Hill. Decide to scoot over to playground for the rubber surface. Easier on the backside.

DORA 1-2-3

Partner up. P1 runs loop around playground. P2 works toward goals:
100 Merkins
200 LBCs
300 Squats

Run back towards startex. Stop at corner.
20 Merkins.
Run to 2nd big tree.
20 Squats.
Return to Startex.

MARY:
Pop Tart was talking about American Hammers. So, he led us in 20 IC. Nice job. He likes flutter kicks, I don’t. So, he led us in 20 IC. It’s the week of Thanksgiving and we had a minute, so Thank Plank.
