Eli Grow Legacy 8K: Once again this year Bruce and family are hosting an 8K race for the Eli Grow Legacy Foundation, a foundation created in memorial for Bruce’s brother. They are raising money to fund community scholarships and build an athletic facility. Click here to learn more about the cause. This year there is a virtual racing option, any one interested in leading a virtual race contact Bruce for details. F3 Nation 10 Year Anniversary:
F3 Nation turns 10 years old on Jan. 1st 2021. To celebrate the nation is coming together at F3 Cape Fear near Wilmington, NC on Jan 15th – 17th. There will be lots of fitness, fellowship, and faith taking place this weekend. With the ability to meet pax from all over the nation. F3 Nation Give 2 Give Campaign: 
The month of October the F3 Foundation has a giving campaign. The goal of the campaign is to accelerate the F3 nation’s 3rd F component. A successful month would allow the foundation to hire a full time director to search for large scale donations.
