F3 Memphis and St. Jude:
The St. Jude Marathon and other virtual races are happening now. Log your donations to see what we raise/donate across the region to St Jude. If you are running, rucking, or contributing, be sure to log that donation. LOG HERE

Tough Turkey:
Out of town this holiday or need an event to get the family outside and moving this weekend? F3 Nation has setup an alliance with Spartan Races for a free virtual event. The event is planned to be the WORLDS LARGEST VIRTUAL RACE. With three different distances and objectives the events can be done outside with limited extra supplies needed. Spartan setup these races as charity fundraisers. All fundraising is entirely optional, they have a variety of charities to choose from. Register Here: Tough Turkey 2020.  “No Hands” November 2020 Challenge 
This month’s challenge is hand release merkins
Gold: 3,000 (100 reps per day)
Silver: 2,000 (66 reps per day)
Bronze: 1,000 (33 reps per day)
Note: Regular merkins (or variations) do count, but at a discount (0.6 reps). The online form has a field for both hand release and regular merkins. Merkins during bootcamp do count!

F3 Nation 10 Year Anniversary:
F3 Nation turns 10 years old on Jan. 1st 2021. To celebrate the nation is coming together at F3 Cape Fear near Wilmington, NC on Jan 15th – 17th. There will be lots of fitness, fellowship, and faith taking place this weekend. With the ability to meet pax from all over the nation.
