March is the month of Murph Madness!!
Complete one Murph each week (post that pic or screenshot of fitness tracker) and you’ll get this patch when you complete all 4 on Saturdays at #ao-barracks or as pre work/part of a q during the week. The only requirement is you don’t do it solo.

What is the 1stF “Magnet” Flag? Think KOTB flag but for EHing and growth of the region…)
Be a – we refer to the 1stF as “the magnet” because we originally show up for the workout, but end up staying for the “glue and the dynamite” (2ndF & 3rdF). The
stands for GROWTH. Yes, growth in our own physical fitness, but also our mental, spiritual, and relational fitness. It means growth for the Memphis Region as well! F3 has changed my life and I have the EH to thank (Shout out to Stride Rite!). Share this awesome organization with other men.
The monthly “Memphis Magnet” will be awarded to the AO with the most points at the end of the month and scoring is as follows:
- 5 points per FNG
- 4 points per Kotter
- 3 points per VQ
- 2 points per 2nd post
- 1 point per sophomore Q
Points will be weighted accordingly as we have AOs meeting from 1 to 5 days per week. This will even the playing field for everyone to participate. Yes, even Mothership & Ruckership! Hit the :magnet: emoji if you read this.

Get Right – the first step of personal alignment – a Leader takes the Daily Red Pill – his commitment to accelerate his fitness, fellowship and faith.
Each morning a man faces the decision to take the Red Pill (hard but true) or the Blue Pill (easy but false).
A man’s first Red Pill is the toughest to swallow because it causes Disruption and Movement. The 2nd, 3rd, 1,000th are just as tough to swallow, but the initial Movement gives birth to Acceleration, and then Momentum.
