Club 345: Cheers to Fish Food as he was the lone F3 Memphis PAX who posted every day last week and twice on Saturday. The F345 streak is at 6 weeks and counting!

One VQ went down last Monday as Cramer challenged 26 of his fellow PAX to keep up with him on a mumble heavy beatdown at #ao-levee. We’re looking forward to seeing your 2nd Q!

Highlights for This Week:

As the new F3 Memphis Tentpole kicks off the year, this week brings two transfers of (limited) power:

  • On Monday, Scarecrow (2ndF Q) is handing off AOQ responsibilities to two HIMs, Hot Rod & Parent Trap at #ao-old-forest.
  • On Thursday, Trailcam is taking over AOQ duties from Average Joe (1stF Q) at #ao-reaper.

GrowRuck will change your life. I know, because it changed mine. I’ve completed several GrowRuck Training Events (GTEs) since 2017—in Chattanooga, Memphis, Louisville, Sarasota, San Antonio, St. Louis, etc.

The physical challenge alone is worth the price of admission, but the magic is in the shared experience with Men you know are striving to be High Impact Men. Something incredible happens between Friday night when you gather with the PAX and Sunday morning when you’re assembled at the end of a long, hard night.

If you like posting to F3 Workouts, then you’ll be on Cloud Nine at a GTE.

The Nation puts a huge amount of resources into making sure a GTE is a first-class leadership training experience. Trainers, Cadre, and Host Regions put immense time and effort into the planning, and the PAX are the beneficiaries of that hard work.

F3 Memphis Book Club

F3 Memphis PAX recently began reading/discussing a new book, Atomic Habits, on Fridays at #ao-bermuda-triangle.  Workout takes place from 5:30-5:50AM with the book discussion following from 5:50-6:15AM. Come join in the discussion and get better!
