T-claps to everyone in the F3 Memphis St. Jude team. 25 HIM’s joined the team and combined to raise over $17k well exceeding the initial $10k goal. Big shoutout to @Steinbrenner (Chris Armstrong) for raising $8,500. That’s incredible. Congrats are in order for those that finished whatever distance they ran. As with any distance training there are injuries along the way, but that doesn’t mean the training along the way did not make you better in the long run. Even if you didn’t run in the race you probably helped someone else along the way who needed it. Great job again to all involved including all F3 members who helped push people every day during their training.

Discipline in December. Scoring will be done in two ways: First, Post. Each Post in the Month counts as 1 point (1 per Day). Second, put away your smartphone when you are with family. That means that your M and your 2.0’s will not see you looking at your phone all evening (or whenever you are with them). After M time, after 2.0’s are in bed, then you can handle slack business browse, watch, . . . etc.
Exceptions: you don’t need a bunch of rules or potential loopholes here. You know what you need to do to accomplish this challenge.

AO and Q Passport Challenge ends Dec 31st! Post to all 24 F3 Memphis AOs to receive the AO Passport Patch. Step Up and Q all 24 F3 Memphis AOs to receive the Q Passport Patch! We are festively inviting you to participate in a very special FNG Week: Holiday Headlock Edition the week of December 12-18. This time of year is the perfect opportunity to give that Sad Clown you know the gift of F3 – it’s truly the gift that keeps on giving the whole year.We simply ask you to make a list of three (3) men who would benefit from more Fitness, Fellowship and Faith in their lives (that’s literally all men). Check your list twice, if you must. And then ask them to join you in the Gloom sometime December 12-18 (or before). There are no prizes or punishments associated with this promotion. Hey guys, service opportunity on Saturday 12/11 at 9am at Grace Evangelical Church. We’re packing 300 food boxes for hungry families. Bring the kids & show them how to serve! We need people to: pack boxes, load boxes onto trucks/trailers, & deliver boxes to elderly shut-ins in Collierville. Shoot Boudreaux a DM if you’re interested in coming & he can answer any questions.

F3 Nation is hosting its annual fundraiser Give 2 Give 2021. Gus has challenge F3 Memphis to donate HERE. You may recall that we received monetary support from F3 nation last year for a local charity in the Memphis area. This is where that money goes.
