Preblast for the Week of 8/26/19

Highlights for the week:  Hot-n-Ready, Big Combo, Motel 6, Upgrade, and Ratio VQs! Lots of Black Ops options this week (again). Iron PAX Challenge returning in September. VAPE session coming on 9/12. SYITG!

Q3 VAPE:
We gather periodically to discuss Regional goals and our effectiveness in achieving our objectives. This is a great opportunity to learn more about what goes on behind the scenes at F3, what new ideas are in the works, and how YOU can help make F3 Memphis even better.
VAPE stands for Vision, Articulation, Persuasion, Exhortation. Read this to learn more.
Our next session will be: Thursday, 9/12, 8-9 PM at Central BBQ on Summer. Get there and settle in early. We’ll start on time.

Plant Tupelo:
Tupelo launch is set for 9/28. Join the Slack channel if you want to help Give It Away and stay tuned for more updates.

Iron PAX (IPC):
The Iron PAX Challenge returns in September. Keep an eye out for timed workouts to see who’s the fittest in F3 Nation. Slots will host some prep Black Ops workouts on Fridays in August. Be on the lookout for IPC locations in September.
