Black Ops Morning and Evening:
Shooter is Q-ing an early workout at the Ruins on Tuesday. Bruce is Q-ing another afternoon workout this Wednesday at the Berm. Nature Boy Q-ing an early workout at Cameron Brown Thursday. Jail Bait is Q-ing an early workout Friday at East High. Bermuda Triangle 2-yr anniversary party is Friday morning. Headlock your friends whose schedules may not fit our normal times. Details below!
Plant Tupelo:
Tupelo launch is set for 9/28. Join the Slack channel if you want to help Give It Away and stay tuned for more updates.
Iron PAX (IPC):
The Iron PAX Challenge returns in September. Keep an eye out for timed workouts to see who’s the fittest in F3 Nation. Slots will host some prep Black Ops workouts on Fridays in August. Be on the lookout for IPC locations in September.
