Preblast for the Week of 4/30/18

Monday we’ll be honoring Bruce’s late brother, Eli, in a convergence workout at the Lair. It’s also King of the Bluff week. No one wants another month of Morg gloating. Get out and post, and support your local AO.

SOS Service Project – Sat 5/5
THIS SATURDAY: We’re lending a hand to Handsy, helping SOS get their facilities ready for their summer campers. Read the preblast for all the details.

That afternoon (5/5), there’s another opportunity to help serve food at Las Americas’ Dia del Ninos in the afternoon. Contact O Positive or Four Eyes for more information.

VAPE Session:

F3 Memphis leadership is meeting this week to discuss vision, growth plans, GrowRuck, etc. All PAX are invited to offer their input. Tuesday night, 8:30, at Half Shell.

GrowRuck 12 Date Announced:
The date has been finalized: 9/21-23. Put it on your calendars now, and let’s start training! This event combines a GORUCK Custom Tough challenge with F3’s Lead School, led by Dredd and OBT. Friday night will include some solid 2nd F action. Saturday morning we’ll do a bootcamp and F3’s Grow School (led by Dredd and OBT). Saturday night through Sunday morning will be the GORUCK Tough challenge, the quintessential CSAUP event. We sent nine HIM to Chattanooga last year for GrowRuck 05, and we all came home with stronger bonds as brothers, lots of personal lessons, and a greater appreciation of F3’s mission and vision. Toledo just had 97 start and finish GrowRuck 09. Our goal is to beat that number. Start training and headlocking now!
