Plant F3 in NW Arkansas, 4/27:
Help launch F3 in Northwest Arkansas (Rogers) with Gus, Orange Julius, and Soulja Boy. They’ll head over Friday evening and be back early afternoon Saturday. Nearly two years ago, some fellows came from near and far to launch F3 Memphis. This is a great chance to give back. The world is full of Sad Clowns who need this. Contact Gus to get involved.
Brew Ruck 2019, 4/27, noon to 5 pm:
Registration is open – sign up here. This year, we’ll be making a loop and raising support for Alpha Omega Veterans Services, a local non-profit serving homeless vets. MRC has been recruiting sponsors and there are lots of awesome raffle items – Titan plates, a Rucker, free events, and more. Details are on the event page.
Service Day at SOS, 5/4, 8:30 am to noon:
Help get SOS ready for summer campers by doing some spring cleaning. Coffee and donuts provided. 2.0s who can contribute are welcome! 2505 Poplar Ave.
Memorial Day Convergence, 5/27, The Barracks:
This Memorial Day we’ll be converging at the Barracks to honor those who have died serving our country. All other AOs will be closed.
0500: Murph (2 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 merkins, 300 squats, for time)
0600: *Main Event* Hero Workout – Gus on Q
0700: Five mile speed ruck
