Preblast for the Week of 4/16/18

This Saturday is Q School at the Mothership! Shoestring will be teaching us the essentials of leading an F3 workout.  No, that doesn’t mean it will be an easy day. Come out at and hone your Q skills.

GrowRuck Coming to Memphis:
You’ve probably heard that GrowRuck is coming to Memphis in the Fall. This event combines a GORUCK Custom Tough challenge with F3’s Lead School, led by Dredd and OBT. We sent nine HIM to Chattanooga last year for GrowRuck 05, and we all came home with stronger bonds as brothers, lots of personal lessons, and a greater appreciation of F3’s mission and vision. We want to see a huge turnout from our F3 Memphis PAX, so start training now!

We’ve got three happy hours planned where you can talk with guys who did GrowRuck last year (as if you need an excuse to happy hour):
Monday 4/16, 5pm at Huey’s Germantown (Farmington)

Monday 4/23, 5pm at East End Grill in Bartlett
Tuesday 4/24, 5pm at Wiseacre taproom

Army Physical Fitness Test:
We did the APFT twice last week. You’ve got one last chance at the Berm this week to set your baseline before the Fall. We’ll do these tests twice a year so we can measure our progress. Check out the scores here.
