Preblast for the Week of 2/26/18

After three VQs last week, we’ve got three more this week (Grunt, MmmBop, and Bombay). Grunt is going to teach us proper exercise form, MmmBop will teach us how to trash talk Lazarus, and Bombay, one can assume, will teach us how to skate in a flying V formation.
