*F3 MEMPHIS VAPE SESSIONS*
Our first ever VAPE session will be this Saturday after bootcamp. Full details here. A Kiper is defined as “A fartsacker that critiques but never Qs.” Don’t be a Kiper. If you want to be invested in this crazy thing we have going on and make it better, step 1 is to start Q-ing workouts, step 2 is to come to these VAPE sessions.
