Highlights for the week: Merry Christmas! We’ve got one option on Christmas Day – 0500 at the Barracks. Toms will be spreading Christmas cheer by probably just making you Grinch again. It’ll be a great warm-up for putting batteries into things later that morning. The Cockpit is closed Christmas Eve. Shoestring, our #1FQ, has designed a joy-stealing workout for us this holiday season. Complete this on your own or with others sometime before Christmas. You’ve got a couple more days to knock it out.

Christmas Workout, 12/25:
Toms will Q a workout at the Barracks on Christmas Day – 0500-0545. All other AOs are closed. 

F3 New Year’s Party, 12/28:
Phat Pat is hosting a party at his house in Northern Bartlett at 7 pm on 12/28, adults only. If you want to host a party in your neck of the woods, get in touch with the Phattest of All Pats. 

New Year’s Day Convergence, 1/1:
Gus will Q a convergence at the Mothership on New Year’s Day starting at 7am. This is a great opportunity to headlock. Everybody says they want to get in better shape next year; most people don’t do anything about it. 

Tiger  Basketball, 1/27:
Men, we have a great 2ndF opportunity scheduled for Sunday, January 27, 2019. The Memphis Tigers bouncyhoops team will be playing UCF at FedExForum. The Tigers have reserved the finest nosebleed seats available for F3 Memphis at only $5 per seat. You won’t want to miss the opportunity to see Penny Hardaway coach a bunch of guys that he can’t wait to replace! There are only about 50 seats available, so don’t dilly dally!

Whetstone Program Launch:
PAX who have signed up so far are being paired and some have started meeting. Get signed up! Whetstone is the vertical relationship between men. Each whetstone relationship is made up of two men – a blade and a stone – where the blade’s life is sharpened against the experience of and input from the stone.
