BLACK OPS: Inspired by other regions, we’re starting F3 Memphis Black Ops. These will be irregular, impromptu workouts scheduled outside of the regular schedule and outside of our current locations. New locations + new times = Fun for all. These may or may not make it in the Preblast, so keep an eye out on GroupMe, twitter, and Facebook for updates. We’ll have our very first Black Ops workout Wednesday night in East Memphis. Details below.
