Preblast for the Week of 10/1/18

Highlights for the week: We have four VQs this week (Reznor, Iced Tea, Jail Bait, U Rock). Get on that Q schedule soon!  Colombian lunch Thursday – do not miss that!

F3 Dads Campout, 10/12-13:
Give your M a night off! Pack up the 2.0s and head out to Mason for a Dads + 2.0s + Future Dads campout. We’ll cookout and have a bonfire Friday night. Saturday morning, we’ll do a 2.0 workout and then head home. Bring $10 per family for burgers and dogs and bring sides/desserts to share.
Who: PAX + 2.0s (no wives – tell them to enjoy their evening alone, or they could gather and gripe about us)
What: Camping
When: Friday 10/12, arrive no earlier than 5pm, supper at 6pm, bonfire at 7pm

Eli Grow Legacy 8k Run/Walk/Ruck, 11/3 (Tullahoma, TN):
Join Bruce and others at this run/ruck (F3 PAX are forbidden from walking) benefiting the Eli Grow Foundation. There’s also a 1 mile family run and a kids dash. Read more here:

New Region Plants:
The mission of F3 is to plant, serve, and grow men’s workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. We’ve been doing awesome planting new AOs in the Memphis area, and now we’re extending further out. Martin, TN is getting pushed out to February. Join the #plant channels in Slack to get in on the action. We’re also targeting Little Rock and Jackson, TN.
