MLK Day:
The Old Forest is converging at the Ruins Monday for MLK Day. Join us as we reflect on the life and legacy on a High Impact Man. Pre-ruck at 0430. Bootcamp at 0530.

New AO – Green Mile:
We’re officially launching a new AO at the Wolf River Greenway near Baptist East. Sundays at 6:30 am. Four miles, no-man-left-behind pace. 

The Crucible:
Get ready for the Crucible, an event that will challenge the pax of F3 Memphis to come out the other side better MEN. On March 30, 2019, starting at the Old Forest, we’ll run to Blazing Saddle, stopping at three other AOs along the way. Read more here: http://f3memphis.com/crucible-2019

Equinox Challenge:
The inaugural F3 Memphis *EQUINOX CHALLENGE* is in full swing. There will be multiple tasks to complete by March 20. You can’t do it all at once, and you won’t be able to do it all on your own.

Tiger  Basketball, 1/27:
Men, we have a great 2ndF opportunity scheduled for Sunday, January 27, 2019. The Memphis Tigers bouncyhoops team will be playing UCF at FedExForum. The Tigers have reserved the finest nosebleed seats available for F3 Memphis at only $5 per seat. Brew Ruck 2019, 4/27:
Get Brew Ruck on your calendar. This year, we’ll be making a loop and raising support for Alpha Omega Veterans Services, a local non-profit serving homeless vets.

Whetstone is the vertical relationship between men. Each whetstone relationship is made up of two men – a blade and a stone – where the blade’s life is sharpened against the experience of and input from the stone.
