While our area is continuing to contain the spread of the virus we have guidelines in place for Qs and PAX. It important for us all to follow these points to keep the PAX safe and ensure F3 Memphis isn’t a cause for an outbreak. We all wish the Gloom was exactly the same today as it was earlier this year, but right now we need to support each other to follow the changes. If I’m messing up, call me out. If it messes up my plan -good, that’s a small adversity, I will survive. I intend to do the same for others.

Q Guidelines:

  •  All groups must be 10 PAX or less. Be prepared to break into smaller groups. Q’s should be prepared to hand a written workout to one or two others. Groups should have considerable distance between them (opposite ends of a park) and should remain separated throughout the workout and COT.
  • As you design your work-outs, we ask that you avoid activities requiring close personal contact during partner exercises and avoid sharing equipment (sandbags, coupons, etc). For stationary equipment like pull-up bars, be diligent to not touch your face after use and wash/sanitize your hands as soon as possible after contact.
  • Maintain a social distance of six feet or more between yourself and others. This means no arms-locked COT and no partner exercises.
  • Follow any and all local guidance regarding park use. Some park amenities are still closed.

PAX Guidelines:

  • Stay home if you are sick, medically vulnerable, or have been in contact with someone who is sick.
  • Practice good personal hygiene.
  • Consider wearing a mask.
  • Maintain a social distance of six feet or more between yourself and others. This means no arms-locked COT and no partner exercises.
  • Be considerate of other park visitors
