THA-THANG:
1 lap around track, and then a little more just to end up at pull-up bars. I broke the PAX into group A and B. While one group does 30 seconds of PUs (or pee yews as I dad-jokingly called them in the title of this BB), the other group does an exercise, which I will list below. And then groups switch. Do both PUs and other exercise 2x. Then 1 lap around track. So we ended up getting in 8 different exercises, 8 laps, and lots and lots of pull-ups. I let all of the exercises be dealer’s choice, and we communicated during the laps what the next exercise would be. I called on PAX at random.

Exercises performed:

Pop-Tart Butterfly (Merkin followed by stretching one arm up, and then Merkin, stretch other arm up)

Burpees

Hip raises (both sides)

Flutter kicks

American Hammers

Hillbillies

And there were two other exercises and I can’t remember them for the life of me.

MARY:
