Paw Print or Fat Man

THE SCENE: A morning in December

WARM-O-RAMA:

THA-THANG:
Each PAX flipped the frisbee to decide the groups next exercise.

Short hill sprint  (paw print) OR  a predetermined exercise (fat man)

The run & exercise changed after a full round of flips.

We ended up running 2.85 miles total with 213 ft of elevation gain.

We did countless numbers of various painful core exercises when the frisbee landed with the “fat man” was facing up.

Great morning of mumbling , grunting and laughing with some good HIM.

Fun Fact: U-Roc is faster running backwards than forwards.
