Path of Pain
74 Degrees, 98 % humidity, Darkest before dawn. YHC got there early to write the exercises down with chalk. As I was finishing up and was walking back on the path, I noticed a shadow following me. It was a man and I was going to try an EH them, but it ended up being our FNG.
F3 WELCOME & DISCLAIMER
We had an FNG, so I made sure it was explained that I was not a professional, so anything I said was unprofessional.
I told the PAX on slack that this would be an easy workout, hoping it would attract more people (because I think people fear my Q’s) but it didn’t work. Everyone was still afraid.
Skinner walked up and asked who was on Q today, and when I said it was me, he immediately told his FNG buddy he was sorry that this would be his first workout. (I Q’d on Skinner’s 1st workout)

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
Parable of the Mustard Seed. Matthew 13:31-32
31 He told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. 32 Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches.”
So this was read in my church service yesterday. I started thinking on a tangent about how small thing can greatly affect future outcomes (also know as the butterfly effect). I told the WolfPax that sometimes, even the smallest thing we do for someone else, can have a huge impact on their life. Challenged everyone to do something small for someone this week and hopefully it will snowball into something great, that changes something in someone else’s life for the better.
I haven’t Q’d this entire month until today. But I have been to many workouts this month and have enjoyed all the other Q’s that Pax think up. We prayed for our FNG’s friend today that has brain cancer and is going through a rough time. We also prayed for all the teaches, students, and parents for the return to school.
