F3 WELCOME & DISCLAIMER
Done in Warm-O-Rama
I heard a coach once say “No coaches come up with anything new- we just steal others ideas and put our own spin to them.” I saw Hobo do disclaimer during warm-ups so I did it also.
Run in Place- Disclaimer administered. Also, all PAX state their name, so we know who is there. (Stole this from someone-sorry I can’t give credit because I can’t remember who) Costello was present and I had not met him before.

While young kids do exercise, Old guys run a specific route. Once you get back to Overhang you can start your exercise. Once everyone from Old guys gets back all young guys can leave to run. Everyone counts their own reps and once the round is over add total reps. Since, there were 6 young guns and 5 Old dudes, we took the average.

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
I brought a Christmas ornament that my daughter had made when she was 5 or 6 and passed it around the circle. To you this doesn’t mean much. It isn’t very pretty or even colored well. If someone gave this to me to put on my tree, I may put it on while they were there but take it off after they leave. However, the name on the back makes it priceless to me. My daughter drew that and colored it and gave it to us as a gift. She was so proud of it. We need to remember that is how God views us. We may not feel that we look good, or are worth much. We could have messed up big time but God sees us as priceless. He looks down and sees our name and doesn’t remember our sins or screw ups. We are Heirs – we gain the inheritance. Galatians 4:6-7
And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God.
But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.”
Prayers: Help us with the small battles that we face each day. Some of the things that keep us up at night. A lot of times the big stuff is easier to handle because more people reach out to help. It can be the small things that really give us trouble and bother our minds.

I liked the competition aspect. Very impressive that 11 men came out on a day like today. I had two possible FNG’s (they gave me a Hard Count) not show up, Maybe next time. I will continue to EH them.
2020 has been hard in a lot of ways, but there has also been many good things come from it. I heard it over and over during Mary that we were thankful for the extra time we got to spend with our families. Let us encourage each other to keep our families in front of our work lives. As it is possible we will get back to more normal routines this year.
I believe 5 or 6 Berm brothers are going for 345 this week.
