Not Today, Hills
Arrived 30 minutes eary for a little recon and to set out the cones. I’d been to the SWicket twice before – once for the Buck It challenge, and once for a boot camp. I knew there was a redonkulous hill, but screw that hill. I just needed about a mile to let the cones do their work. The path around the lakes worked out just right.
F3 WELCOME & DISCLAIMER:
I’m not a professional. You’re here voluntarily. Modify as necessary. Do not modify until necessary.
FNG was present, so we played F3 Trivia. The PAX correctly recited the F3 mission, credo, and 5 core principles, so instead of burpees for the WOR we did the standard:
Daisy Pickers x10
Imperial Walkers x10
Arm Circles x10 (each direction)
Slow mosey around both lakes, just over 1 mile. 10 cones were set out evenlyish with one or more of the exercises listed below taped to them. PAX were instructed to stop at each cone and perform the exercises indicated. Hold Al Gore when finished until all in, then continue mosey to the next cone. The first cone had the first exercise. The second had the first two exercises, etc.; the last cone had all 10 exercises.
30 Carolina Dry Docks
35 Alternating Shoulder Taps
45 Overhead Claps
50 Mountain Climbers
Time expired in the middle of the final set at the 10th cone, back at the Shovel Flag.
Totals (if all cones had been completed): 50 burpees, 90 merkins, 120 BBS, 140 LBC, 150 squats, 150 CDD, 140 shoulder taps, 120 SSH, 90 overhead claps, 50 mountain climbers
