Normal sucks anyways

Powell Park is a beautifully maintained park that is ready for PAX. I thought for sure this would be my first solo workout with F3 because I didn’t really advertise it much. Snowman showed up and we were both better for it

Merkin Mile to explore the park. Incredible hill that the park is built on has a long, slow stretch, a short deep stretch, just wonderful.
Spare change at the workout station:
Pennies – burpees

Dimes – Merkins
Quarters – Dips

Mosey to DA HILL!
11s – smurf jacks and decline BBSUs. Sprint uphill, mosey down

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
A lot of people are asking when we are going to return to normal? I’d encourage you to respond “normal sucks anyways”. Who ever set out to be normal? Set your aim just a smidge higher and see what’s on the horizon.

MOLESKIN:
It’s hard to express how much joy seeing Snowman’s ugly mug first thing in the morning brought me. I felt surrounded by the entire brotherhood of F3 Memphis simply by one man making the time to show up to support his brother. He even brought enough coffee for me to have some. Incredible camaraderie is built when 2 PAX work out together. It doesn’t happen often and that’s a good thing because there’s too many sad clowns that need F3, but when it does, take advantage of the opportunity to dig deep with your brother. ISI

Powell Park is destined to be an AO. It’s hard to imagine any better conditions. The only thing needed is an AOQ to step up. Who will be that somebody?
