Complacency – YHC discussed an incident that occurred during Operation Enduring Freedom where several Seabees had gotten complacent and as a result ended up KiA. YHC challenged everyone to fight complacency in everything that we do and continuing to push to do the hard things in life.

MOLESKIN:
Solid work and great to see everyone pushing themselves today. This workout was a great way to suffer together and continue to push each other.
