No Rest for the Weary on Thanksgiving

THE SCENE:

WARM-O-RAMA:
20 SSH IC

12 Daisy Pickers

10 Arm Circles IC (each direction)

30 of Stretching OYO (while Q turned on some tunes)

THA-THANG:

Let the Pax roll the dice on this one, literally.  A foam dice had the following exercises and numbers:

50 Blockees

100 Over head Presses

150 Chest Presses

200 Swings

250 Curls

300 Squats

This was done Dora style, two PAX did exercises while the third ran to the end of the parking lot and back, and swapped until the reps were complete.  Started things off with 50 Blockees and things just got heavier from there.  Strangely, no Swings or Chest Presses came up during the rolls.

COUNT-OFF & NAME-O-RAMA:

3:  OJ, Bootheel, and Weedwacker from Nolansville.

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
Just a brief note on being Thankful even things seem thankless.

MOLESKIN:
This seemed to work well with 3 Pax.
