THA-THANG:
Mosey to pavilion to take shelter from rain.

cycle workout:
round 1: bear crawl to each cone to perform 15 reps of different exercise

plank jacks, burpees, imperial walkers, squats, SSH, mountain climbers

return to startex

round 2: same exercises, 20 reps, lunge walks to cone

reprieve: run length of pavilion and back 10 reps

round 3 and 4 as 1 and 2 with travel being bear crawls and side shuffles

complete workout with another run of pavilion 10 reps
