WARM-O-RAMA:

15 Side Straddle Hops – 10 Daisy Pickers – 15 Imperial Walkers  – 20 Arm Circles forward/backward

THA-THING:

9 light poles down to Johnson Road. Run to each, then 10 hand-release merkins. Hold Al Gore until all in.

Once all in, head back. Run in between light poles, 10 BBSU’s at each light pole. Hold Al Gore until all in.

Mosey around lake to back hill. Partner up. 5 rounds. Partner 1 runs up the hill while Partner 2 performs various exercises each round.

Round 1 – burpees. Round 2 – American Hammers. Round 3 – squats. Round 4 – shoulder taps (or HRM’s, love’em!). Round 5 – burpees

Mosey back to 1st light pole. Alternate lunges & running in between poles. 5 merkins @ each pole.

Mosey back from Johnson Road to shovel flag.

10 penalty burpees as shovel flag blew over. 10 monkey humpers (@Wheezer). 20 flutter kicks (@Cheesesteak), 10 Ski Abs (@Harvard)
