Mother’s Day Run

THE SCENE:

WARM-O-RAMA:
Don’t remember, but most likely skipped because most of the PAX had just finished running 6 miles during pre-run.

THA-THANG:
3.5 total miles of running. The first mile we did merkins (roughly half of your max) after each 400. The second mile we did 25 flutter kicks (4-count in cadence) after each 400. The third mile we did 10-15 Carolina Dry Docks after each 400. Along the way, we mixed in 5 or so 30 second bursts.

MARY:
Some American Hammers IC, high plank for about 60 seconds alternating raising an arm, 60 seconds of low plank.
