Monday Barracks

Ruck 1 lap around the track.

At the launch pad, did:
20 curls
20 overhead press
20 swings
20 squats
15 big boy sit-ups

Rinsed and repeated for 45 minutes. I think we did 7 rounds, but I didn’t keep track.

MARY: Didn’t do it.
