Remember MLK Jr today and everything he stood for. MLK Jr fought for civil rights in the early 60s. Here we are 60 years later and there is still a struggle for civil rights. Keep your heart open to someone else’s struggles and ask yourself how you can better serve others.

The 2 mile circuit went a lot quicker than I anticipated. Glad I had some back-up core exercises to get us to 6:15.
