Missing MY Barracks

THE SCENE:
I’m sure its just as glorious at the Barracks at 0530 as it usually is.  I miss my Barracks. I miss those pull-up bars and parking garage. You will need a place to do pull-ups for todays HomeWOD

THA-THANG:
Since we are honoring the Barracks, find a place to do pullups.

Complete the following exercises in sets of 21, 15 and 9. Rest between sets with a 400 m run
Pull-ups
Handstand Merkins(Modify to Carolina Dry Docks)
Dips
Squats

EMOM for 7 minutes:
7 Burpees, 7 Squats, and 7 Broad Jumps

Finally, if you bad,
50 Sandbag Burpees(modify to a CMU if needed)

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
It’s easy to question God when we do not see His purposes for things in our lives.  We have very finite minds and can not comprehend the fullness of God.  I love this quote by Charles Spurgeon, “God is too good to be unkind and He is too wise to be mistaken. And when we cannot trace His hand, we must trust His heart.” Remember to TRUST the heart of God.  He loves us more than we know, even when things don’t seem like they are loving.  Miss you men.  Hope to see you in the gloom soon.
