Ruck up and move. Stop every 1/4 mile to perform 25 ruck merkins. 2 miles and 200 merkins were completed.

This past weekend was my drill weekend. Mondays are more Mondayer when you didn’t really get a Saturday or Sunday. They’re even more Mondayer when the clock jumps ahead an hour for no good reason. I would have stayed in bed today if I didn’t know that Soulja Boy and Tree Hugger would be out there waiting for me. Thanks for being out there waiting for me.
