THA-THANG:
Part 1:
Mosey 75 yards down the path to place our CMUs/Rucks, then moseyed back to StartX (only went 75 yards instead of the recommended 100, in order to avoid the dip in the path)
10 Burpees at StartX
Run to CMUs/Rucks
10 CMU/Ruck Thrusters
Jog back to StartX
Rinse/Repeat 10 times
Part 2:
Mosey down the path towards the school, stopping 3 times for 10 Squats, on the way back, stopping for 20 dips, 20 calf raises and 20 dips

Hold Plank until time

I kept hoping last night that someone would grab today’s Q, because I really didn’t want to do this workout (scared). It was really tough. The guys stayed after it, and pushed through. The burpee/thruster combination was a beast. Thanks to Tomb Raider for offering it up. We all got better today!
