I’ve quoted this book before but this workout was designed with lessons from The Culture Code in mind. Too often, men are typecast into stereotypes such as a reclusive cowboy, the lone soldier, the fearless leader going it alone with all of the answers. In fact, we can create more powerful and connected communities when we ask for advice when we don’t have answers, seek help from those with greater skills, and demonstrate the need for people in our families, communities, and workplaces to work together. Physical proximity and shared work help that cause.
