Q talked about the need for depending on God and others. F3 is a great example of this as many would struggle to push themselves in the gym or working out without the help and motivation of the other PAX. Same goes in our daily lives and in our walk with Christ. We often times try to do everything on our own without asking God for his guidance and to let him lead the way.
