Jog .25 mile

THA-THANG:

10 lunges each leg, lunge walk 60ish yards then rinse and repeat
15 squats, broad/frog jump, rinse repeat
.25 mile cool down lap
10 push ups, bear crawl 60ish yards and rinse and repeat
10 60ish yard sprints
50 calf raises x 3 ways
6 60ish yard sprints
