Grab CMU and sand bags Mosey to the Lair Mountain

Lair back Mountain Weighted

Partner workout with either 60lb sandbag, 50lb sandbag, 40lb sandbag or 30lb CMU

1 partner would run backwards up the mountain and run forward down the mountain 5 times while partner performed Clean and Press with weight 100 total

Switch merkins 100 total: switch at 50
