THA-THANG:  Sprints.

1 mile loop, 100% effort. No hanging with the 6.

30 yd sprints x 6.

Mosey to the lacrosse field; 70 yd sprints x 5

Mosey to the playground; Box jumps (nope, too icy)

Mosey to the burial mound; 10 yd sprints up the mound x 10

Mosey to the Sea Isle parking lot; 25 yd sprints x 6

Mosey to the monkey bars; hand over hand x 3, don’t touch the ground. SSHs while waiting your turn.

Mosey to the southeast hill facing Estate; 50 yd hill sprints x 5

MOLESKIN:  A little unorthodox for the Berm but it was nice to feel those lungs burning.  Almost 40 minutes of sprints made the time fly by.  We had to be careful as patches of ice on the track were a bit treacherous.  The same made box jumps on the benches an unwise decision.  Paper Trail was smoking us on most of the sprints, long and short distances.  Big Top was a track star on the pavement.  Bruce’s 1 mile time was fast.  Beauty Shop and I’s mile time felt like it was under 8.  With 1 minute left I had us on our six but Beauty Shop complained that we weren’t doing more sprints so we sprinted up the berm a few times.  A few more Clydesdales would have made this one a bit of a challenge to lead but still doable.
