Mosey back to truck for 25 IC cmu curls.
Mosey to tennis courts.

Wall sit while each pax in turn runs a suicide till all have gone.

After the first leg of the chamberlain Third Wheel proved to be too regular and peeled off towards the woods. No hands were shaken after. Pronto Pup though he was there as an fng, and was coming up with names throughout the rest of the workout. He was very disappointed during the name o Rama. You can take the man out of the “turd”…….. I’m sure choker would have loved to write up this bb.
