PAX line up, side by side and pair up with another PAX

Starting at W end of parking lot, PAX perform 25 reps of exercise, wait for your partner to be finished then run to E end of parking lot and perform 42 reps of a different exercise. Repeat for total of 5 sets. Alternating Shoulder Taps (AST) until all in. Recover as a group. Group mosey then return to start new 5 set round.

Round 1: 25 Merkins/42 SSH=125 Merkins + 210 SSH

Round 2: 25 Bobby Hurleys/42 Squats=125 Bobby Hurleys + 210 Squats

Round 3: 25 Mtn Climbers (4:1)/42 Flutter Kicks=125 Mtn Climbers + 210 Flutter Kicks
