THA-THANG
Partner CMU Circuit
We congregated at the exercise area and quickly formed for a partnered CMU circuit. One partner ran/waddled/walked from exercise area to Sea Isle sign while the other partner knocked out a little something (in my case, Millenial knocked out most of the somethings).
The Somethings:
-
- Squats Jumps x 100
- Burpees x 100
- Reverse Lunges (2 is 1) x 100
- Dips x 100
- Merkins x 200
- Dips x 100
- Reverse Lunges (2 is 1) x 100
- Burpees x 100
- Squat Jumps x 100
Probably too aggressive a plan. Everyone made it to the second half, but I don’t think any team completed the whole circuit. We then moseyed back to the parking lot for a quick Mary.

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM
I shared some observations about the erosion of community trust in pre-WW 2 Germany. In this time of heightened tension, we must remember that Jesus came not to be served, but to serve. F3 workouts like partnered CMU circuits remind us that we are neighbors and brothers, and we need each other. We must not fall prey to allowing the stress and tension of this time to divide us. As leaders, we must lead our communities in guarding neighborly kindness and service.
