JAMS and BOMBS in The Saddle

WARM-O-RAMA:
SSH’s x 20 IC
IW’s x 15 IC
Daisy Pickers x10 IC (slooowly)
Arm Circles x10 IC forward and reverse
1 min OYO stretching
THA-THANG:
Chumbaburpees! It’s only 25 burpees, but it feels like a lot more than that
Mosey to the stables.
- JAMS – 20 reps of each – Jump lunges (1=1), Abs (Freddy Mercuries IC), Merkins, and Squats. After each set of 20, we did 2 pullups in the stable and then ran around the stable for the next exercise. After JAMS hold Al Gore until all-in.
- BOMBS – 10 reps of each – Burpees, Overhead claps, Merkins, BBSU’s, and Squats. After each set of 10, we did 2 pullups in the stable and then ran around the stable for the next exercise. After BOMBS hold high plank until all-in.
- Super JAMS – 20 reps of each – Jump lunges (1=1), Abs (Freddy Mercuries IC), Merkins, and Squats. Do all exercises consecutively, then 5 pullups in the stable, then run around the stable. After Super JAMS hold Al Gore until all-in.
- Super BOMBS – 10 reps of each – Burpees, Overhead claps, Merkins, BBSU’s, and Squats. Do all exercises consecutively, then 5 pullups in the stable, then run around the stable. After Super BOMBS hold Al Gore until all-in.
- Because Billy Blanks complained we didn’t get to run as much on the Super JAMS, we did another set of JAMS just for him.
Mosey back to Startex….at which point most thought we were headed for Mary, but we ended with another round of Chumbaburpees, which was totally awful awesome.

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
I read recently that our greatest obstacle to obedience and faithfulness, and what often leads to failure, is fatigue. When we get tired we aren’t sharp and can grow weary of doing good. When our joy is in the Lord we have greater strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Let’s resist fatigue and become stronger.
MOLESKIN:
Great to see Flipper back with us, though he was bewildered that I ended with Chumbaburpees. He doesn’t know me well enough. Swipe Right was a stud. Billy Blanks provided the chatter. Wachita knew Chumbaburpees was coming, he must be prophetic, or has been at my Q’s before. Hot and Ready was just that.
