It rained all down Route 66

It was wet outside. Not torrential, just enough to cause some grumbling. Enough that, if we were to do some mary, we’d get our backs soaked.

Starting at one of the light poles, we’d do one rep, then two at the next light pole, up to 66 reps. We had four rounds of Route 66. The exercises were:

    • Hold plank until all in

  • Dips x 20 IC
  • Incline merkins x 10 IC

Mosey back for Mary

MARY:

WW1 Situps x 20
Jane Fondas x 10 on each side
American Hammers x 20
… start to go for hold plank until time, but then it was time.
